ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE ONLY ALLOW EXCHANGES IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED OR OF ERROR THE SAME PRODUCT (SAME PRICE) IN A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR, CONTACT US. WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO REPLACE THE ITEM.

WE HAVE A 30- DAY EXCHANGE POLICY, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ITEM TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE. 

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE,  YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION. (UNALTERED, UNUSED AND UNDAMAGED, IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IF ANY, AND WITH ORIGINAL TAGS,  AND LABELS ATTACHED ALONG WITH ALL RELATED ACCESSORIES, DOCUMENTS (EX: INSTRUCTIONS, PRODUCT CERTIFICATES, ETC) INCLUDED. YOU WILL ALSO NEED A RECIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.

IF YOUR EXCHANGE IS ACCEPTED, WE WILL SEND YOU A SHIPPING LABEL, AS WELL AS INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW AND WHERE TO SEND YOUR PACKAGE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE AND THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEPTION AND CONTACT US ASAP IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM, SO THAT WE CAN EVALUATE THE ISSUE AND MAKE IT RIGHT.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-EXCHANGABLE ITEMS

CERTAIN TYPES OF ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.  LIKE CUSTOM PRODUCTS (SUCH AS SPECIAL ORDERS OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS). DUE TO SANITARY RESTRICTIONS AND THE NATURE OF OUR INDUSTRY, WE CANNOT OFFER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS OF ANY KIND ONCE THE SEAL HAS BEEN BROKEN OR TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. PERSONAL CARE GOODS (SUCH AS BEAUTY/BROW PRODUCTS). PLEASE GET IN TOUCH IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT YOUR SPECIFIC ITEM.

THE QUICKEST WAY TO ENSURE YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT IS TO RETURN THE ITEM YOU HAVE ONCE THE EXCHANGE HAS BEEN ACCEPTED, SO WE MAY PROPERLY EXCHANGE AND SEND YOU BACK A NEW ITEM. WE ONLY ALLOW EXCHANGES ON THE SAME PRODUCT (SAME PRICE) IN A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A DIFFERENT PRODUCT THEN PLACE A NEW ORDER ONLINE FOR THE PRODUCT YOU WOULD LIKE.

REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. HOWEVER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE AND LET YOU KNOW IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN APPROVED OR NOT. IF APPROVED YOU WILL BE SENT A NEW ITEM IN EXCHANGE. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF INCOMPLETE, ALTERED, WORN, DAMAGED, USED/UNSEALED PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUND TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD OR STORE CREDIT.
